KINGSTON – A Kingston man was arrested following an investigation into forged checks.
New York State Police allege 39-year-old Nicholas A. Guido withdrew funds from his bank against deposited forged checks, according to authorities.
He was charged with Grand Larceny 3rd Degree, Forgery 2nd Degree and Possession of a Forged Instrument 2nd Degree. All are Class D Felonies.
Guido was arraigned before the Town of Ulster County and remanded to the Ulster County Jail on $2000 bail.
He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Ulster Court at a later date.
