POUGHKEEPSIE – The Dutchess County Department of Public Works has announced work on Bridge C-22 on Clinton Hollow Road (CR 18) over the Little Wappinger Creek in the Town of Clinton is complete and the bridge has reopened to two-way traffic, on schedule and within budget.

Bridge C-22 is one of five bridge and culvert projects set to be complete this month with Bridge RH-25 on Broadway in Tivoli reopening last Friday.

Bridge rehabilitation work began in late September and involved the replacement of a retaining wall, upgrades to the guide rail and repairs to the pavement. Clinton Hollow Road averages approximately 850 vehicles per day.
