POUGHKEEPSIE – The partners of McCabe & Mack LLP in Poughkeepsie, announced $5,000 in funds to support the recent Poughkeepsie expansion of the Boys & Girls Club of Newburgh’s successful after-school program, as well as a bronze sponsorship for the Dutchess Chamber Foundation’s upcoming Athena Awards to honor community leaders in the region.

The funding was generated in celebration of McCabe & Mack LLP’s ongoing commitment to the local community on Oct. 17, 2017.

“We are deeply appreciative of McCabe & Mack’s generosity in providing funds to support the expansion of the Boys & Girls Club’s programs for at-risk youth in Poughkeepsie,” said Kevin White, Executive Director of the Boys & Girls Club of Newburgh. “From offering academic enrichment to K-8 students during the school year and at full day summer camp, to providing teens with a place to socialize on Friday and Saturday nights – our students want and need these crucial programs that keep them safe, engaged with positive role models, and on track academically. Our youth deserve our commitment and our best efforts and we are so grateful for the support of the entire community in making this a reality.”

“The annual ATHENA Award is given to a member of the community who best embodies the personal traits of strong, successful leaders – a collaborative leadership style, courageous acts and fierce advocacy in the pursuit of excellence,” said Frank M. Castella Jr., President and CEO of The Chamber Foundation, Inc. and the Dutchess County Chamber of Commerce. “We are pleased to include McCabe & Mack among our ATHENA Award event sponsors and proud to support them in their announcement.”

  1. We believe its “guilt money” for the other youth who are “at risk” because of reckless decisions made by David Posners horrible wife , Dutchess County Family Court Judge Joan Posner. David Posner should be donating million of dollars to Dutchess County to fund the long term therapy that countless children will need because of his ignorant wife that erases parents from children’s lives. David Posner’s firm has received over $400000 from Dutchess County for legal services for the past 3 years. He also utilized the services of Dutchess County Sheriff’s office to harass a family court litigant who is trying to have judge Posner impeached. This individual was harassed for communicating with Nan Aron of the Alliance for Justice in Washington DC (where David & Joans daughter Liz worked). Liz Posner made one claim she was being “virtually stalked” because her online bio was being viewed. Stay tuned for the press releases on this story once our investigation is complete.
