SAUGERTIES – Saugerties Police arrested Victoria L. Davis, of Saugerties, following an investigation into the report of a stolen credit card.
Davis, age 20, is accused of allegedly stealing the victim’s credit card, and while assuming the victim’s identity, made numerous purchases throughout the Town and Village of Saugerties from Jul. 9, 2017 thru Aug. 13, 2017, according to Chief Joseph Sinagra.
In total, Sinagra said Davis purchased over $300 of good and services.
Davis was arrested and charged in both the Town and the Village of Saugerties with Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 4th – E felony, Criminal Impersonation 2nd – A misdemeanor, Identity Theft 3rd – A misdemeanor.
She was released on appearance tickets to appear in both the Town and Village Courts on later dates to answer her charges in each jurisdiction.
