GARRISON – Ghosts, hauntings, and supernatural tales of strange events go far back into ancient history.

So what better place to look for old spirits than a historic house?

Get into the spirit of Halloween with an investigative ghost tour at Boscobel on Oct. 25, 26, and 27 at 6 p.m.

This guided tour at nightfall is sure to send a shiver up your spine.

Author and renowned paranormal investigator Linda Zimmerman and her partners will lead tour groups through the dimly lit halls of Boscobel mansion on three evenings this October.

Linda will be accompanied by her ghost-hunting partner, Michael Worden, a police detective and author of Ghost Detective, as well as psychic and psychometrist, Barbara Bleitzhofer.

Barbara will be using her sixth sense to determine what spirits are present and why they are there. Tour leaders will use specialized equipment to detect the possible presence of supernatural entities.

Each eerie evening begins in Boscobel’s Carriage House with a presentation about Linda’s paranormal findings on past investigations of Boscobel and other Hudson Valley locations. Then, after the spooky tour, guests may return to the Carriage House for cider and cookies.

Tickets are vanishing quickly. Advance purchase is required.

This event is recommended for children ages 12+ due to potentially frightening material. Parental discretion is advised.

Tickets are available for purchase at Boscobel.org, by calling 845-265-3638, or in person at Boscobel’s Carriage House between 9:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. (except Tuesdays).
