The Turkish Get Up is a total body exercise that includes many of the exercises Dr. Justin Feldman has been reviewing through this series.  All of the foundational positions including the hip hinge, the squat, and the lung are included in this unique type of exercise.

To make it a strengthening exercise, you can add a small out of weight.  Try it without weight first and as always, check with your personal physician before attempting any exercises.
