So you have the right shoes, you’ve learned how to run correctly, but are you ready to run?  Strength training drills are a good way to improve your running form and economy while continuing your goals to run injury free.  Dr. Justin Feldman is back with this week’s Weekend Warrior segment.

There are some easy and simple exercises you can do that improve your balance  and stability during your running stride.  The other thing you want to do is absorb the force of hitting the ground. Dr. Feldman has some great exercises to strengthen to absorb that force with exercises that you can do while standing in one spot.
