LAKE KATRINE – The Ulster Police Department reports the arrest of a Bronx man following an investigation into the fraudulent use of a stolen credit card.
Ulster Police Department received a complaint from Lowe’s loss prevention on April 5, 2017, regarding the fraudulent use of a stolen credit card to make approximately $1,100.00 in online purchases, according to authorities.
As a result of an investigation by detectives, authorities said Henry W. Concepcion-Ramos, age 42 of Bronx, NY was identified as allegedly completing the fraudulent transactions.
Concepcion-Ramos was found to have completed similar incidents all along the east coast and was taken into custody by the Orange County Sheriff’s while in the process of completing a similar incident.
On May 16, 2017, Concepcion-Ramos was arrested and charged with the felonies of two counts of Forgery in the Second Degree and Grand Larceny in the Fourth Degree. Concepcion-Ramos was processed and arraigned before Town of Ulster Town Justice Marsha Weiss and remanded back to the custody of the Orange County Jail on $50,000 cash bail $100,000 bond to reappear at a later date to answer the charges.
