Each week, Golds Gym trainers from their LaGrange and Fishkill locations, share tips for a better and more concentrated workout. Sometimes its ways to perform exercises with little or no equipment, and other times its a little more elaborate to help get you to your desired goals in fitness and health; in either case the workouts are designed to be fun yet effective.

This week, certified trainer Corey Phillips takes a through a series of drills and exercises that will help with mobility, speed, and agility.
